bowl of comfort for cold days<\/h3>\n<p>A creamy breakfast or snack with turmeric, cinnamon and oatmeal \u2013 strengthens the immune system, soothes the muscles and tastes like wellness in a spoonful.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients (for 1\u20132 servings)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g oatmeal<\/li>\n<li>200 ml oat milk (or milk of your choice)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon turmeric (anti-inflammatory!)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon coconut oil or almond butter<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of black pepper (enhances the effect of turmeric)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd banana, sliced<\/li>\n<li>Optional: 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder for extra protein<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Topping ideas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handful of chopped nuts or almonds<\/li>\n<li>Fresh berries or apple pieces<\/li>\n<li>A teaspoon of yoghurt or quark<\/li>\n<li>A little cinnamon or cocoa nibs to sprinkle on
