In the beginning I was also a cross-country skier, but later I concentrated entirely on strength training. Since then, training in the gym has not only benefited me physically and health-wise, it has also taught me self-discipline, stamina and patience. My aim was and is to pass on these positive experiences to all members of the gym and to motivate you. Training doesn&#8217;t solve all problems, but it solves almost all of them \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\nAlthough I love strength training and bodybuilding, my greatest passion will always be mountaineering. Anyone who needs tips for tours, or can give me some, is always welcome for a coffee in the studio.
